No Show
A no-show fee is equal to the cost plus applicable waiting time will be charged when passenger fails to show at designated location.

Cancellation
Round trip must be canceled as two separate reservations. A cancellation fee equal to the trip cost will be charged for any cancellation made less than one hour before scheduled pick-up time.
