Barnstable
For beach sticker information call Barnstable Town Hall at (508) 790-6345 or stickers are available at the Kennedy Rink in Hyannis .

Sandy Neck Beach:
is Barnstable's longest beach (6 mi.). High sand dunes and cool clear water make this one of the most popular beaches on Cape Cod.
Directions: From Route 6A (over the town line in East Sandwich) take Sandy Neck Road to the beach parking lot.

 

Millway Beach:
Lies next to Barnstable Harbor and is a great place to watch the boats entering and leaving the harbor. Also has a great view of the lighthouse on Sandy Neck.( Note: residents-only beach)
Directions: From Route 6A take Millway to end.

 

Hathaway’s Pond: Is a little fresh water pond in Barnstable that is open to the public. It has a nice playground area for the kids.. .
Directions: off Phinney’s Lane in Barnstable

Centerville

Craigville Beach
Located in Centerville (or Craigville) is another very popular warm water beach on the Vineyard Sound. This beach has most of the amenities including showers.
Directions: off Craigville Beach Road

 

Covells Beach
Is a residence only beach located to the east of Craigville Beach. Warm water and a mild to moderate surf can be found on this beach.

Dennis
Beach stickers are available downstairs at Dennis Town Hall on Old Bass River Rd. (508) 394-8300

Chapin Memorial Beach:
Beautiful North side beach where you can four-wheel (sticker required) out to Bass Hole and fish for Stripers or walk out on the flats at low tide (over a mile at dead low)
Directions: Take 6A in Dennis to New Boston rd and follow signs.

 

West Dennis Beach:
Very popular Mid-Cape beach with plenty to do for the whole family. There's a playground, snack bar, kite flying area, showers and ten lifeguard stations along with a 1000+ car parking lot that makes this mile long beach the #1 choice of many Cape Cod vacationers.
Directions: off Davis Beach Road in West Dennis. -

 

Sea Street Beach:
Enjoy the warm Nantucket Sound waters here while the kids play in the sand. You may want to take into account the long set of stairs one must take to reach the beach.
Directions: Take Lower County rd to end of Sea Street in Dennisport.

Kalmus Beach:
Located on Hyannis Harbor this beach is a favorite among Cape Cod windsurfers. Nice picnic area...
Directions: at the end of Ocean Street in Hyannis

 

Veterans Beach:
Great place for a family cookout under the pine trees and is next to The Kennedy Memorial. Also has a nice playground..
Directions: On Ocean Street in Hyannis

 

Sea Street Beach:
Is a public beach located on Hyannis Harbor and is close to many Hyannis accommodations or pack a lunch and eat in the picnic area.
Directions: Located at the end of Sea Street in Hyannis.

Osterville

Dowses Beach:
A nice beach located on East Bay with warm quiet waters. In an area with beautiful homes ... residents only beach.
Directions: Take Wianno Avenue off Main Street from Route 28,Osterville

 

Joshuas Pond:
Nice freshwater pond in the middle of Osterville away from the ocean ....residents only beach... ..
Directions: Take Main Street to Tower Hill Road

Yarmouth
Beach stickers are available at the town hall on Route 28. or you can call the Recreation Department at (508) 775-7910. The Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce at 657 Route 28 in West Yarmouth, (508) 778-1008, also sells stickers.

Sea Gull Beach:
Is by far the most popular beach in Yarmouth, especially with the younger crowd. There's plenty of parking, a boardwalk and plenty of beach sports being played if the mood strikes you. Parking is $8 in season.
Directions: Take South Sea Street in West Yarmouth to Sea Gull Lane.

 

Smugglers Beach / Bass River Beach
Can be found at the mouth of Bass River is a good place for the family to swim, fish, and boat. Located near several large hotels and restaurants. You can also watch the boats coming in and out of Bass River.
Directions: At the end of South Street off Old Main

 

Bass Hole / Gray’s Beach:.
Is the only beach on the North side of Yarmouth and is a great place to watch the sunset. The kids will love the boardwalk that crosses over the salt marsh.
Directions: In Yarmouthport take 6A to the end of Center Street.
